Role And Responsibilities

  • Understand the business needs & partnership opportunities across E-commerce, MNCs and large corporates in India
  • Drive Customer acquisition for ZoukLoans from partnerships, analyze and communicate partner metrics
  • Engage with online ecosystems on a regular basis to understand partnership opportunities across ZoukLoans' strategic priorities.
  • Structure agreements & negotiate commercials (if required) with the above-identified partners.
  • Drive the action plans out of these alliances internally in the organization.
  • This position is based out of Noida, India.

Prior Experience And Skills

  • Experience working with online retailers, aggregators, telcos & banks is an advantage.
  • Deep understanding of the partnerships landscape in India with prior interaction with online aggregators and MNCs is desirable.
  • Entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment.

Basic Qualifications

  • More than 2+ years of experience in Business development or partnership development roles.
  • Bachelor's degree required, MBA is preferred
  • Experience in a highly analytical, results-oriented environment with external customer interaction.
  • Proven analytical skills and demonstrated ability to manage the business - by the numbers- . Must be metrics-driven.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to express thoughts logically and succinctly.
